Hassan is a Partner at Ayala Capital. He also serves as CIO at KHK & Partners, Senior Advisor to Tikehau Capital, and Senior Advisor to NewSpace Capital.

 

Hassan began his professional journey as an investment banker at UBS in London and Paris. He then worked for the Carlyle Group in Dubai, concentrating on investments in the MENA region. Later, he became a Director at Emirates Investment Authority, which is the SWF of the UAE Federal Government. He has also held positions on the board of Network International, the largest payments company in the MENA region, and on Advisory Boards of Ethos PE VI and Auda ART Fund.

Marwan is a Partner at Ayala Capital. He also serves as Managing Director at KHK & Partners.

 

Marwan began his professional journey in 2003 by enrolling in the HSBC graduate program in New York. He worked with HSBC management in various locations such as Sao Paulo, New York, London, and Beirut. Later, he joined HSBC Private Bank in Geneva and was responsible for expanding business in North Africa, Russia, and Eastern European markets. In 2011, he left the banking industry to pursue entrepreneurship and private investment.

Doris is a Partner at Ayala Capital. She has also been a Director at KHK & Partners for the past seven years.

 

Leveraging her extensive knowledge of the region, she has driven successful fundraising and private placement activities. Her deep understanding of local market dynamics, combined with her strategic expertise, has significantly contributed to fundraising efforts and building strong relationships for our clients within the industry.
